Anti-Spam Policy

Beluga Labs prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) to advertise, promote, or link to trybeluga.ai or any Beluga Labs service. This policy applies to our employees, contractors, partners, and any third party.

1. We do not send unsolicited bulk email. Mail from trybeluga.ai addresses is sent by named staff members to individually selected recipients for legitimate business purposes.
2. Every message identifies the sender and Beluga Labs by name and includes a valid reply address.
3. Any recipient may opt out by replying or by emailing abuse@trybeluga.ai. Opt-out requests are honored permanently and processed within 10 business days.
4. We do not purchase email lists, use harvested addresses, forge headers, or use open relays or proxies.
5. No affiliate, partner, or third party is authorized to send email referencing trybeluga.ai on our behalf. Any such mail is unauthorized and should be reported to abuse@trybeluga.ai.
6. Violations by any Beluga Labs personnel result in immediate revocation of email access.
