Anti-spam policy

Beluga Technologies, Inc. (Beluga) does not send unsolicited bulk email, and does not permit anyone to send it on our behalf. This policy applies to our employees, contractors and anyone acting for us, and covers every message sent from trybeluga.ai and its subdomains.

What we send

trybeluga.ai is our product. Mail from it goes only to people who have an account with us or have written to us: sign-in links, notifications about their own campaigns, and replies to their messages. Our proposals to creators and brands are sent from belugalabs.ai under its own anti-spam policy.

Our practices

  1. Product mail is sent through Resend: sign-in links from noreply@mail.trybeluga.ai and notifications from noreply@notifications.trybeluga.ai, DKIM-signed, with DMARC at p=quarantine on trybeluga.ai. Replies from our team come from named individual mailboxes on trybeluga.ai through Google Workspace.
  2. We write only to an address the recipient gave us themselves, by creating an account, requesting a sign-in link, or contacting us. We do not buy lists, use data brokers, scrape addresses, or send to addresses without a recorded source.
  3. A sign-in link is sent only when someone requests one, and only to the address they entered.
  4. Every notification carries a one-click unsubscribe header and an unsubscribe link. A request to stop is recorded immediately and honored for every future notification.
  5. We do not use link shorteners, third-party redirectors, tracking pixels or mailbox warm-up services.
  6. Marketing mail from trybeluga.ai goes only to people who signed up for it and carries an unsubscribe link. Cold outreach never comes from this domain or its subdomains.
  7. No third party is authorized to send email on our behalf. Any such message is unauthorized.

Reporting

To report a message you believe violates this policy, or to opt out without using the link in a message, email abuse@trybeluga.ai. Forward the original message with its headers if you can. We read every report, reply to the person who sent it, and act on it within two business days.

Any Beluga employee or contractor who violates this policy can no longer send email for us.
